Firstly, you are most welcome to call Spiller on 01935 443316 during office hours (Monday-Friday 0800-1700hrs) to discuss a quotation or order, or to ask advice about ironmongery

An online order is placed by selecting individual products for your shopping basket, and then proceeding to the online checkout
- If you are a first-time visitor/new customer to our website you will be asked to register, which involves providing name, delivery address and contact details, including your e-mail address

The next stage of the ordering process is to provide details for payment by credit or debit card. Sage Pay is our secure payment provider; Spiller does not access or retain your card details

Once you submit your order on-line, you will automatically receive an email confirming that your order has been received. This email will confirm your web order number and will also provide a unique Spiller order number should you need to contact us

Payment for your order is taken by Sage Pay when you submit your order

Telephone Orders - you may also place an order by calling us on 01935 443316 if that is your preferred method. Office hours are Monday-Friday 0800-1700hrs
- We hope to satisfy most orders from our extensive warehouse stock. However if you wish a product in a special size, metal finish or application, please call us, and we will make every effort to source the product for you
DELIVERY GUIDELINES - When your order is ready for despatch you will receive a second email confirming the timing of despatch. You may also check the status of your order at any time by logging on to your account on www.spillerai.co.uk
- Our preferred courier is Uk Mail, and we currently deliver to all UK adddresses, but not outside the UK
- Delivery charges are:
England/Wales/Scotland mainland Orders over £100 inc VAT FREE England/Wales/Scotland mainland Orders below £100 inc VAT £5.95 inc VAT N.Ireland, Scottish and Channel Islands, Isle of Man Orders over £175 inc VAT FREE N.Ireland, Scottish and Channel Islands, Isle of Man Orders below £175 inc VAT £22.00 inc VAT Collection from Spiller, Yeovil All orders / any value FREE - Deliveries are made Monday-Friday, but not at weekends
- All our consignments are insured against loss or damage while in the possession of the courier. We prefer that you choose to sign for the delivery upon receipt. If you give us instructions to leave the delivery at a specific "safe" place at your address (e.g. back door/ garden shed) neither the courier company or Spiller can provide insurance cover or accept liability
